ABORIGINAL HOUSING NT WELCOMES HIGH COURT DECISION
Aboriginal Housing NT (AHNT) today welcomes the decision from the High Court confirming the Northern Territory’s Remote Rent Framework is invalid.
AHNT congratulates the perseverance of Asher Badari, Ricane Galaminda, Lofty Nadjamerrek and Carmelena Tilmouth in striking out the unlawful actions of the NT Government.
