AHNT has up to 16 directors on its governing board, including very senior people in their communities.

Chief Executive Officer – Greg Woodroffe
Greg Woodroffe is a highly experienced executive with more than 30 years of leadership across government, Aboriginal affairs, housing, governance, and economic development in the Northern Territory.
A descendant of the Jingili and Mudburra language groups, with strong family connections to the Northern Territory Stolen Generations, Greg brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his leadership.
He has held senior executive and Director roles in the Northern Territory Government, Australian Government, and Northern Land Council, leading major programs in Homelands, urban and remote public housing, community development, and economic growth.
Greg holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Public Policy, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He is committed to strong governance, sustainable growth, and delivering positive outcomes for Aboriginal Territorians through collaboration, accountability, and long-term community impact.
